Thank you for supporting our mission by purchasing a print ad for our current program.  

Program ads are sold, and programs printed for each event.  

All ads are black and white with the exception of the higher priced cover options.

Once you have purchased an ad for one program, we will automatically contact you for a chance to place another one for our next event.

The deadline to purchase and submit ads is three weeks prior to the opening of any event; any ads purchased after the deadline date will be added to the next event's program booklet.

To submit your ad and contact information, please fill out this Google Form and upload your pre-formatted ad, or ad information for our artisans to format for you.

You may pay for your ad by CASH or CHECK, directly, to one of our Board members or by sending your check through mail to our address:   Songbook South    541 Mockingbird Lane     Shreveport, LA    71105

You may pay for your ad through our Paypal portals below (do make sure that you are selecting the appropriate size when processing your payment, as reimbursements will not be given for mistakes).

Our team will contact you if they have a question regarding the content, size or payment of your ad.  Below you will find an example of a two page spread with the various sizes (obviously, not to scale).  A "page" in a Playbill-sized program will measure 5 and 3/8 inches by 8 and 1/2 inches
